Terms & Conditions — Pro Angles Platform

Welcome to Pro Angles (the "Platform," "we," "us"), a global marketplace connecting service seekers and service providers in film and media production — including equipment rental, location and studio rental, and cast & crew engagement. By using the Platform in any capacity — whether as a Service Seeker (renting equipment or a location, or requesting cast/crew) or a Service Provider (listing equipment you own, a location, or registering as cast or crew) — you agree to these Terms in full. A single account may act in both capacities simultaneously.

1. Registration & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Upon registration you select your role(s) (cast, crew, location owner, equipment owner, and/or service seeker), and your profile must be complete before approval — incomplete profiles may be rejected or held pending completion.

2. Use of the Platform
You may not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, impersonation, or to post content that violates public decency or third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice in cases of serious misuse.

3. Personal Data & Marketing Use
By providing your data (such as name, email, phone number) through registration or a service request, you agree that Pro Angles may use this data to: (a) operate the service and facilitate communication between parties, and (b) marketing and promotional purposes, including — without limitation — advertising campaigns on Google and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and others), aimed at reaching new customers or talent, or reminding you of our services. You may opt out of marketing use of your data at any time by contacting info@proanglesmedia.com, while we retain the core data necessary to fulfill any open requests. We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access and do not sell your data to third parties outside the operation of the Platform or the marketing activities described above.

4. Equipment Rental Terms (for Renters)
- Equipment is delivered in good, working condition; the renter must inspect it upon receipt and immediately report any visible defect.
- The renter bears full responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft of the equipment during the rental period, and may be charged the full repair or replacement cost at Pro Angles' discretion.
- Equipment must be returned on time and in the agreed condition; late returns incur additional daily fees, and repeated or unjustified delays may result in account suspension.
- The rented equipment may not be lent to a third party or used outside the agreed purpose or location without prior written consent.

5. Equipment Owner Terms (Service Providers)
If you choose to store and have Pro Angles manage the rental of equipment you own, you confirm that the equipment is new or in excellent condition and free of material defects at the time of handover. Pro Angles manages the rental and collection process on your behalf in exchange for a separately agreed fee/commission, and reserves the right to decline any equipment that does not meet our quality and safety standards.

6. Location Rental Terms
- Anyone renting a location (home, villa, studio, yacht, restaurant, etc.) must comply with all specific rules and conditions set by the location owner (usage hours, headcount, restrictions on heavy equipment or lighting, filming rules, etc.), in addition to complying with any filming permits or licenses legally required in the jurisdiction where the location is situated.
- The location owner is responsible for clearly stating all their rules and conditions in writing before the booking is confirmed through the Platform, and may require insurance, a security deposit, or an on-site supervisor during filming.
- Pro Angles disclaims liability for any damages resulting from either party's (renter's or owner's) breach of terms agreed directly between them; both parties remain responsible to each other as agreed.

7. Cast & Crew
Registering as cast or crew does not guarantee work; profile approval is subject to manual review to confirm completeness and suitability. Upon accepting a job offer through the Platform, both parties (the project owner and the talent/crew member) are bound by the terms they agree on regarding pay, schedule, and scope of work, with the option to use the optional Escrow service, which holds funds until the requesting party approves delivery of the work.

8. Payments & Escrow
The Platform allows direct payment between parties, or use of the optional "Pro Angles Guarantee" (Escrow) service, which holds funds until the service is confirmed complete. Where Escrow is used, a separate refund and dispute policy applies, disclosed at the time each transaction is completed.

9. Intellectual Property
Each user retains ownership of content they upload (photos, videos, resume/CV) to their profile, while granting Pro Angles a non-exclusive license to display this content on the Platform for operational and promotional purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability
Pro Angles acts as an intermediary connecting parties and does not bear direct responsibility for the artistic performance quality of cast/crew, or the condition of a third-party-owned location, except to the extent Pro Angles directly manages the resource (equipment it owns or manages inventory for). Pro Angles' maximum liability in any dispute shall not exceed the value of the transaction in question.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the Emirate of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to any mandatory rights users residing outside the UAE may have under their local consumer protection or data protection laws, which apply to the extent required by law.

12. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time; users will be notified of any material change via the Platform or their registered email. Continued use of the Platform after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
